I’d like to take a few minutes to discuss our great Nation and the growing epidemic that is childhood obesity.
With today’s computer and video gaming technology, it is no wonder our kids find themselves spending more and more time in front of the television set. As a parent and an individual who strives to maintain at least a modicum of fitness, I’d like to encourage all of us to get up, get our kids away from the “boob tube”, and go get some exercise.
It’s a great way to spend quality time together and, perhaps more importantly, it will encourage our children to reverse the current trend and become a healthier, happier country! Please feel free to post your comments in the Forum below.
